On the basis of an annual registration fee, various form of one-year assistance contracts are proposed. This assistance is attributed to individual
accounts and includes an online help on technical questions about SPIS including simulation pre-setting, software installation/configuration and bug fixes.

One-shot Requests (OR)
These demands covers questions, advices, expertise or bug fixes. They are not limited in numbers. For the first ORs submitted, the delay of answer is guaranteed - depending on the level of technical difficulty.
Exclusive access to additional tools
Access to innovative new tools as they are developped is granted.
